Refund Policy — Ultra Fast VPS — Last Updated: 27 October 2026
1. Scope. This policy applies to VPS, RDP, hosting and digital products sold by Ultra Fast VPS. It replaces any physical-goods return wording: VPS and digital services cannot be returned in packaging, and there is no 30-day physical return period.
2. Payment Before Delivery. Customers pay before service delivery. A refund request does not extend a service or billing period unless we agree it in writing.
3. When a Refund May Be Available. A refund may be available for an eligible service suspension issue during the confirmed warranty period, subject to the warranty terms confirmed through WhatsApp before purchase. Each request is assessed on its own facts, including the service, the issue, and whether the issue is within our control.
4. No Unconditional Refunds. We do not promise unconditional refunds. In particular, a refund is not promised for change of mind, for services suspended or terminated for Terms violations or abuse, for dedicated IPs, software licences, custom configurations or third-party charges already incurred, or for usage-based resources already consumed — unless the confirmed warranty terms for that order say otherwise.
5. Replacement First. Where an eligible issue can be fixed by replacement or by restoring the service, replacement may be offered instead of a refund, in line with the warranty terms confirmed before purchase.
6. How to Request. Contact support through WhatsApp or by email at gochat500@gmail.com, with your order details, the service affected, and a description of the issue. Please report the issue as soon as you become aware of it, so it can be checked during the warranty period.
7. Assessment and Outcome. We will review the request, check the service, and tell you the outcome through WhatsApp or email. If a refund is approved, it will be made by the same method used for payment where possible, or by another method we agree with you. No refund amount or timescale is promised in advance, because it depends on the confirmed warranty terms and the payment method used.
