1. About Us. Ultra Fast VPS provides online VPS hosting, RDP and digital products. Business location: Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Contact: gochat500@gmail.com, or WhatsApp support. Orders and customer support are mainly handled through WhatsApp.
2. Services. VPS, RDP, hosting, IP resources, storage and networking services, and digital products. Features, locations, operating systems and specifications vary by plan and by what is confirmed before purchase.
3. Ordering and Payment. Customers must pay before service delivery. The plan, price, billing period and warranty terms must be confirmed through WhatsApp before purchase. No service is delivered on credit.
4. Warranty. Warranty duration and conditions are confirmed through WhatsApp before purchase. Eligible service issues during the confirmed warranty period may qualify for replacement, subject to the warranty terms confirmed for that order. Warranty terms are not changed after purchase unless agreed in writing through WhatsApp or email.
5. Service Activation. Activation generally follows successful payment and any necessary security or fraud checks. Timing varies by availability, location, payment verification and technical requirements.
6. Customer Responsibilities. Customers are responsible for keeping their VPS/RDP secure, using strong passwords, keeping software updated, using firewalls where applicable, keeping their own backups, and using the service lawfully. Services are unmanaged unless a plan expressly includes management.
7. Acceptable Use. Services must not be used for malware, phishing, hacking, botnets, DDoS, spam, credential theft, fraud, copyright infringement, illegal content, network abuse, or any activity that harms the infrastructure or other users. We may investigate, suspend or terminate a service for abuse, security risk, overdue payment, Terms violation, or legal requirement, with notice where appropriate.
8. Renewals. A service continues only for the billing period confirmed at purchase. Renewal, if offered, must be confirmed and paid before expiry. Non-renewal may result in suspension or deletion of the service.
9. Refund Policy. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. No unconditional refund is promised.
10. Backups and Data Loss. Customers are responsible for their own data and backups unless a backup service is expressly included in their plan. We are not responsible for loss caused by customer actions, software or configuration errors, security failures on the customer’s service, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. IP Addresses. IP addresses remain under Ultra Fast VPS and upstream provider control. They may be replaced, reassigned or withdrawn, and IP reputation is not guaranteed.
12. Service Availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hardware, upstream network and other causes may affect availability. Any service level agreement applies only where separately stated in writing.
13. Third-Party Software. Third-party products and licences are subject to their own licence terms.
14. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost revenue, profits, data or business opportunities.
15. Indemnification. Customers agree to indemnify Ultra Fast VPS against claims arising from their use of the service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Changes to Services or Terms. We may change services or these Terms. Material changes will be published on this page.
17. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the Laws of Pakistan, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
